•Conduct cutting-edge research and development in automatically or manually design neural architectures, do hyperparameter tuning, and model compression/optimization.

•Apply automated machine learning algorithms to improve existing machine models in different systems including but not limited to computer vision tasks on mobile phones and GPU servers.

•Advanced research experience on neural networks architecture, neural architecture search, hyperparameter tuning, model compressions, model quantization, Bayesian optimization or reinforcement learning (preferring candidates with publications in top-tier venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, JMLR).

•Master or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering or related fields.

•Solid knowledge and experience with at least one major deep learning framework (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow, MXNet, Caffe/Caffe2, PaddlePaddle).

•Familiar with deep neural network architectures such as CNN/RNN/LSTM etc.

•Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•Ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams.
